I use NotePad for all editing. Then, I upload them using Core FTP.

For all images and layout, I use Adobe PhotoShop CS and Adobe ImageReady CS.

The layout for Version 8 was done quite some time ago. I was just too lazy to change because this is my first time using tables and it seems to be very troublesome~

To speak the truth, I have no idea where I learn it from. I just browse through other sites and look at their HTML code. I think that's how I learn. Oh.. I also have friends to teach me certain codes.
